Java Development Lead

• Directly contributing to the development of all client’s Java solutions.

•  Helping to promote and evolve adjacent DevOps processes and tools.

• Participating in code refactoring and code reviews to ensure functional requirements are properly implemented.

•  Contributing to the technical design of our solutions and working closely with senior Java developers, architecture, etc.

• Ensuring the quality of your work complies with the quality, security, and compliance standards.

• Building the necessary know-how to deliver assignments on time and with the desired quality.

•  Contributing to necessary documentation, such as coding and testing standards and other relevant procedures.

• Handling ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirement

•  Fluent English: spoken and written.

•  Proven expertise: at least 5 years of managing and leading the software development team.

•  Very good knowledge of Java 8+.

•  Proficiency in Spring Boot microservices in Java, Spring Cloud.

•  Knowledge of CI/CD.

•  Knowledge of Maven.
