What are we looking for?

Our Client, a Global Leader in Manufacturing, have just rolled out the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM application towards more than 100 of their subsidiaries. A new function has therefore been created to support the daily operations and the global C4C template.

You will troubleshoot and oversee that every reported issue is being solved in an accurate and timely manner. You will interact in a constructive and efficient way with the different stakeholders in their company.

As C4C Support Engineer you will be responsible for safeguarding the C4C system performance and will report functionally to the C4C Support Lead. You will be part of a team responsible for supporting C4C.

Job description/mission

  • As a support engineer you will need to provide excellent support towards all live companies (countries) rolled out with our C4C Template
  • Advise and assist fellow team members in C4C problems with specific focus on technical issues.
  • Learn and understand all aspects of the C4C solution implemented

               o      Get to know, understand and follow-up on the template solution/configuration

  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing complex business processes as well as error analysis in the C4C environment will be a major task in your day to day activities
  • Provide the necessary and accurate input towards Template team to resolve encountered issues
  • Understanding and mastering the technical landscape of the C4C solution and all the linked satellite systems would your goal
  • Work with the C4C Product team as a real team player, according to the rule that together everybody achieves more
  • Working independently is appreciated and taking initiatives and propose solutions should be the norm
  • Follow existing working procedures and updating documentation when needed
  • Taking care of the appropriate escalation when required

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5-8 years of experience with major CRM systems (C4C, Salesforce, Pipedrive…)

              o     Hands on knowledge on C4C Business Configuration and General C4C setup

  • Experience in supporting IS/IT projects or products in the domain of sales & marketing
  • Experience with IT infrastructure
  • Experience in working in a global environment, ideally in a multi-national manufacturing company
  • Experience with functional analysis

Educational requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or higher, or equal by experience
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Fluent in English verbally and written is a must, other languages will be a plus
  • IT project, product and service management certifications are an asset
