Our team is growing, and we are now looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. This role is based in our beautiful new office space in Vlnena Office Park, Brno.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use online platforms and internal tools to engage with active and passive job seekers.
- Represent Damas and its clients when contacting job seekers or other external stakeholders.
- Use interpersonal skills to tailor your approach towards individual job seekers and maximize your success rate.
- Use internal tools to track your progress against assignments.
- Work with the rest of Damas’ recruitment team across multiple locations.
- Suggest improvements to the existing processes and/or ideas to optimize the existing workflows.
- Occasionally support Damas management team with assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in a field of Technology
- Between one and three years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficient in English language, Czech or any other language is an advantage
- General knowledge of IT Technologies is an advantage
