hil test engineer
For our prestigious customer in the Automotive industry.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- At least one year of working experience in HIL testing or Embedded software development
- Experience in Software Testing using Hardware In Loop Environment (Preferably ConfigurationDesk, AutomationDesk and ControlDesk)
- Experience in Testing tools [Vector CANalyzer / CANoe]
- Experience in Analyzing test results
- Experience in SW debugging and usage of emulators and debuggers
- Understanding on Software process methodologies
- Knowledge in configuration management tools- Git, Clear case
- Knowledge in C Programming
- Knowledge in test automation using Python / Perl / CAPL Scripting in advantage
- Preferably automotive background

Job responsibilities
- Perform System Integration testing primarily focused on HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) testing of the complete system
- Create, document, and execute manual test cases for Autonomous systems
- Testing, creating test cases, running them, documenting results
- Heavy focus on autonomous tractor systems with all work being performed in a lab environment
- Interfacing with lots of software packages for testing
